What is a Junior Enterprise?

A Junior Enterprise is a non-profit organisation, formed and managed exclusively by students of higher education, which provides services for companies, institutions, and individuals.
Junior Enterprises are similar to real companies, with the main goal of enhancing the learning of their members through practical experiences. For 55 years, since the first Junior Enterprise was created, we have helped higher-education students to develop entrepreneurial skills and get practical experience to complement their theoretical knowledge while fostering social and economic growth and enhancing their employability.
In a Junior Enterprise the members have ownership over their work and are able to have decision-making power. This way the students can have a real experience of what it’s like to manage a company.
