Observatory Director

Remote, Part-time

The progress towards a strategy needs to be measured and the right conclusions need to be taken. Thus, you will be developing a key process with the Head of Strategy. The observatory is a powerful tool with more potential to deliver value to the Network.

Your role during this experience

1. Collect data on the Network strategy implementation.

2. Collect data on the Network development and on matters related to the JE experience.

3. Create consequent studies and analyse the development of the Network.

What you will learn or improve

Data Management. The Network Observatory works with large data sets, which you’ll have to analyse. Thus you excel/sheets skills will be severely developed.

Strategic Skills. You will be developing an in-depth strategic understanding. Understanding the connection between actions and results will be one of the key skills, in addition to a big picture thinking.

Knowledge about JEE. You are going to work with a lot of data of the Network. Thus, you will get to know it better than many Junior Entrepreneurs.

1 year term as a Remote Manager

Officially our terms start in September and January each year with our Managers Bootcamp, at which everyone gets to know each other and the work at JEE. From there on the new Managers then work together with us in their departments for one year.

*if you missed the deadline you can still reach out to humanresources@juniorenterprises.eu with your CV and potentially start your work in the middle of a term
