Partnerships Manager

Remote, Part-time

You will be responsible for acquisition and support of partner companies. Why is this different from a position at national level? Because there are a few differences in how to approach companies, how they are structured in general and how to deal with different cultures at the same time.

Your role during this experience

1. Acquire partners for the European Network as well as for the JE Europe Winter Conference.

2. Be responsible for relationships with partners of JE Europe

3. Develop new products and sales processes to attract partners

What you will learn or improve

Clear communication. Strengthen you communication skills and become more convincing.

CRM. Put special focus to a target group to increase effectivity.

Flexibility and Adaptability. Handle multiple tasks simultaneously and handle requests in a flexible manner. Learn how to deal with a "No" and be open to constructive changes.

1 year term as a Remote Manager

Officially our terms start in September and January each year with our Managers Bootcamp, at which everyone gets to know each other and the work at JEE. From there on the new Managers then work together with us in their departments for one year.

*if you missed the deadline you can still reach out to humanresources@juniorenterprises.eu with your CV and potentially start your work in the middle of a term

Yes you can. If you are not too busy in your Executive Board and you would like to work with us, we’re more than happy to welcome you in our team.

You don’t need to come to Brussels for a remote position. However we may invite you to come to the JEE HQ for training or other activities.

All members of our team are working voluntarily. Thus, we expect you to apply because you aim to grow with this experience and not for a monetary compensation.
