Training Manager

Remote, Part-time

Are you interested in contributing to the development of our Network? Ensure the quality of our members through creating and providing the right quality and training resources.

Your role during this experience

1. Develop an online training system for the European Network.

 

2. Assess the trainers pool and lead trainers’ commissions to create additional resources.

 

3. Connect Junior Entrepreneurs and support Junior Enterprises through mentoring programs with the Junior Enterprises experts pool.

What you will learn or improve

Strategic mindset. Understand the Network’s needs and build a strategic perspective on its development.

 

People Management. Learn how to manage people in a cross-cultural environment.

 

Goal oriented skills. Learn how to work towards a predefined goal in a clearly structured manner.

On average, Remote Managers work 5–10 hours per week.

Yes you can. If you are not too busy in your Executive Board and you would like to work with us, we’re more than happy to welcome you in our team.

You don’t need to come to Brussels for a remote position. However we may invite you to come to the JEE HQ for training or other activities.

All members of our team are working voluntarily. Thus, we expect you to apply because you aim to grow with this experience and not for a monetary compensation.
