What we do and
how we work
The Junior Enterprises Policy Hub operates as a think tank, bringing together Public Affairs representatives from the National Members of Junior Enterprises across 17 European countries. It creates a platform for collaboration, allowing diverse perspectives to contribute to European-level discussions.
THE PROCESS
Our members engage in dynamic action-oriented working groups, exploring solutions to challenges that resonate with young entrepreneurs and co-developing position papers. By using cases studies, surveys, and interviews from the JE Network, we will leverage ‘on field’ data to authentically represent our perspectives.
THE OUTCOME
Each position paper is the result of a collaborative process, combining insights from various national Junior Enterprises to reflect the diversity and priorities of Europe’s youth.
POLICY DEVELOPMENT
We will develop position papers highlighting the role of entrepreneurship in addressing key issues such as youth development, digital transformation, employability, and urban revitalisation. Our goal is to showcase our entrepreneur-driven proposals directly to policymakers in dedicated sessions, while publishing them on our platforms.
KNOWLEDGE EXCHANGE
We support National Members of JE Europe in applying for EU grants, enabling collaborative projects that benefit local economies & address pan-European issues, while equipping youth with essential skills in research, policy-making, writing and public speaking.
YOUTH ADVOCACY
Insights from our discussion enable Members to represent JE Europe at events, advocating for youth-driven innovation and bringing our ideas into key conversations all over Europe.
POLICY PAPERS
OUR TEAM
The Junior Enterprises Policy Hub is made out of Delegates from the different national confederations and consultative members.
Each Member gets the chance to provide at least one Delegate for the Policy Hub. This way we warrant that our Policy Papers do not focus on views of one specific European country or region, but rather on diverse experiences from all over Europe.
