- How do I create an account?
- Download and open the app. Tap “Sign Up” and follow the instructions to set up your profile.
- I forgot my password. What should I do?
- On the login screen, tap “Forgot Password?” You’ll receive a link via email to reset it.
- How can I connect with other users?
- You can search for users by name or organization. If there is a LinkedIn account connected, feel free to send an invite.
You can delete your data in the App on your profile screen by clicking your profile picture, then profile, then scrolling down.
Troubleshooting
- App isn’t loading or keeps crashing
- First, try updating to the latest version of the app. If the issue persists, restart your device and check your internet connection.
- Notifications aren’t showing up
- Verify your notification settings in the app and on your device. Make sure you haven’t disabled notifications system-wide.
